This meal is a favorite at our house, and I wasn’t aiming for very low carb. I just made it because of the clean ingredients. Hand-made with a special blend of seasoning and cooked with heart-healthy olive oil; serve this on a bed of your favorite salad/veggies, or use it to stuff tacos if you prefer. Either way, it’s delicious, light and healthy!
